Founded in 2003, YouthPOWER has now become one of the leading suppliers of solar storage lithium batteries in the world. With a broad range of energy storage solutions, it covers a series of 24V, 48V and higher voltage lithium batteries solutions.
YouthPOWER has engaged in the battery technology and production for almost 20 years, with abundant manufacturing experience and strong new product R&D capability. Through many years of hard work and market promotion, we have created our own brand "YouthPOWER" in 2019.
With nearly 20 years’ experience in the battery industry, we have the capability to provide you with both the products you need and the most suitable products you want. We are always ready to supply the first-class products and meet the various needs of the customers.
Our focus on the 100 Amp Hour Lithium Battery framework has set benchmarks for industrial durability, safety integration, and structural longevity. Leveraging deep chemistry knowledge, we optimize each cell to perform stably under high thermal stresses and cycling demands.
We have established good business relationships with our customers from all over the world. And we have a good cooperation with all our customers as well for many years running. Supported by our local vendors of raw materials, we can certainly offer you the best prices.
We are so proud that YouthPOWER has offered the reliable solar storage solution for over 1,000,000 families now in the world. By vertical integration from cell raw material sourcing to packaging, we secure raw material pricing buffers, translating into substantial savings for our global project partners.
Tracing two decades of engineering milestones, from initial chemical composition studies to operating fully automated Giga-scale battery manufacturing complexes.
Transitioning from liquid electrolytes to semi-solid and solid-state substrates to enhance safety, eliminate risk of thermal runaway, and double thermal stability parameters.
Applying cloud-based machine learning models to track charge cycle patterns, predict active cell degradation curves, and dynamic balancing adjustments in real-time.
Developing low-temperature-tolerant sodium-ion configurations to complement lithium setups, providing cost-effective stability in sub-zero operational climates.
Our intelligent factory floor adopts Industry 4.0 logistics and visual monitoring. Through automated robotic alignment, prismatic laser welding, and dynamic capacity sorting, we maintain high consistency across our 100 Amp Hour configurations.
By positioning manufacturing centers close to major chemical refining zones in China, we secure raw lithium carbonate and phosphate precursors ahead of global market shifts, maintaining steady pricing structures for Tier-1 contractors during seasonal demand peaks.
Raw Material Integration: Strategic contracts with mineral refineries protect our factory lines from supply shocks and ensure steady production of cell components.
Seamlessly integrates with major hybrid inverters (Victron, Growatt, SMA). The 100Ah 48V structure provides a modular 5kWh step-up block ideal for standard domestic power configurations.
Scales up to high-voltage stacks of 409V or 563V utilizing 100Ah/280Ah modular frames, supporting peak-shaving, peak demand management, and backup power for critical servers.
Replaces old lead-acid batteries with high-density, low-footprint LFP solutions. Features remote monitoring capability over RS485/CAN networks for unmanned regional base stations.
Working internationally requires meeting strict transport and safety codes. YouthPOWER ensures every batch meets international criteria, ensuring smooth customs clearance and easy local zoning approval.
We work with international logistics networks to offer DDP delivery services. Our regional warehouses in Europe and North America minimize logistics wait times, ensuring key replacements reach project sites quickly.
Certified safe for international marine & air logistics.
Meets fire safety requirements for commercial settings.
Complies with EU industrial power safety protocols.
Ensures consistent assembly line quality management.
Grade-A cells meet the manufacturer's strict standards across all metrics, including capacity, internal resistance, and self-discharge rates. Grade-B cells may show slight capacity variances or minor cosmetic flaws but are still suitable for less demanding applications. YouthPOWER uses only Grade-A prismatic cells for our solar storage systems, ensuring long-term balance and performance.
Our BMS uses passive balancing to safely dissipate excess charge from higher-voltage cells through resistor networks during the end-of-charge phase. Active balancing options are also available for high-voltage configurations, transferring energy between cells to maximize capacity usage.
Under a full 100% Depth of Discharge (DOD) at 0.5C or 1C rates at 25°C, our batteries deliver over 6,000 cycles before capacity declines to 80% of its original rating. In typical home applications, this translates to more than 15 years of reliable service.
LiFePO4 batteries perform best between 0°C and 45°C for charging, and -20°C to 60°C for discharging. To ensure reliable performance in cold climates, we can integrate internal heating elements that warm the cells before charging begins.
Yes. Our BMS communication protocol supports direct integration with major high-frequency and low-frequency inverters. It uses CANBUS and RS485 connections to communicate real-time cell parameters directly to the inverter control system.
We use prismatic cells with built-in pressure relief vents and internal fuses. The outer casing is made from flame-retardant materials, and the BMS constantly monitors temperatures to shut down the system if abnormal thermal levels are detected.
For custom OEM orders, standard lead times are 25 to 35 days from technical sign-off to shipment. This timeline covers custom casing fabrication, custom BMS programming, and testing of the completed battery packs.
